Taipan, Millennium Seoul HiltonĄ¯s Chinese restaurant, is honoured to welcome Chinese Chef Jason Wei to its kitchen for a special one-week Guest Chef promotion. From June 14th to June 22nd, Chef Wei, of the Doubletree by Hilton Qingdao, will pay a tribute to Qingdao Cantonese cuisine at Taipan.
Qingdao is rich in seafood, including fish, prawns, shellfish and seaweed as well as local foods from other areas. By virtue of its seafront location, seafood rightfully dominates the menus, and Chef Wei specializes in superb Cantonese cuisine at his restaurant. This Guest Chef promotion is an exceptional opportunity to taste true Cantonese cuisine from Qingdao including various of a la carte, <Fresh Octopus Salad>, <Braised SharkĄ¯s Fin with Chicken Broth>, <Sauteed Scallops and Asparagus with X.O.
