Orangerie Goes Hawaiian in April
The Millennium Seoul Hilton's international buffet restaurant, Orangerie, is going Hawaiian for the month of April. The buffet will feature traditional Hawaiian food as well as special Hawaiian performances by dancers and musicians.
Hawaiian cuisine is influenced by the readily-available fresh ingredients, from seafood to fruits and exotic spices. Tantalize your senses with a taste of Hawaii, from Chicken Pineapple with Mint Sauce and Coconut Shrimp Curry to Tuna with Mango Salsa. Also, all diners will have a chance to win a trip for two to Hawaii (includes airline tickets and hotel accommodations). The lucky draw will be held at the end of the month.
In addition, from April 13th through the 19th, traditional dancers and musicians from Hawaii will put on special performances. The performances are a great way to appreciate the beauty of Hawaiian culture and celebrate its heritage.
