Wine And Dine with Chateau Lagrange

Seasons, Millennium Seoul Hilton's acclaimed French restaurant, is pleased to offer a special Winemaker's Dinner on Friday, March 6th. To be featured are wines from the historic Grand Cru winery, Chateau Lagrange, located entirely within the appellation of Saint-Julien. The wines will be marvelously accompanied by a seven-course dinner designed to enhance the flavors of the wines.
Typically, wines are chosen to accompany a specially designed menu, with the purpose of bringing out the flavors of the food. For a winemaker's dinner, however, the spotlight rests on the wines; the gourmet menu is carefully selected to showcase the spectacular nature of the wines.
Head winemaker of Chateau Lagrange, Mr. Bruno Eynard, will be the esteemed guest. He will introduce 7 different wines including 5 Grand Cru Classe wines and the acclaimed Les Fiefs de Lagrange.





















Grand Cru is a regional wine classification that designates a vineyard known for its favorable reputation in producing wine, highlighting the great potential of the terroir. Indeed, Chateau Lagrange has an impressive pedigree. Though the winery began in the 18th century, the land is reputed to have been home to an order of the Knights Templar in the 14th Century. Now covering 157 hectares, Chateau Lagrange produces highly acclaimed wines that are authentic to its Saint-Julien heritage.
The Winemaker's Dinner will be preceded by a champagne reception at 7 p.m. The dinner is priced at KRW200,000++ (includes the Dom Perignon champagne reception, dinner and paired wines).
