The Millennium Seoul Hilton? Mediterranean All Day Dining restaurant, Cilantro, is adding Turkish kebabs to its already popular buffet during the month of June! Enjoy these skewered morsels of meat, seafood and vegetables, grilled and roasted to perfection Turkish style, along with Cilantro? regular buffet items.
Kebab means roast meat in Turkish. The Turks enjoy several varieties of kebabs, including shish kebab, where cubes of meat pierced onto a skewer, and doner kebab, where the meat is sliced from a large piece of meat on a rotating spit. Kebabs were first invented by Turkish soldiers who used their swords to grill meat over open fires. Cilantro will feature lamb, beef, pork, chicken, seafood and vegetable varieties of kebabs.
The Cilantro buffet, with the Turkish kebabs, is available for lunch and dinner. The lunch buffet is priced at KW40,000++/KW24,000++ for children under 12. The dinner buffet is priced at KW44,000++/KW26,400++ for children under 12.
Please note that the kebabs are not available on Friday evenings; instead, Cilantro hosts the Seafood Buffet, a bountiful offering of seafood delights.
