New Year's reception for leaders in the nuclear related organizations including Science-Technology Minister Kim Woo-shik,5th R, in front row and former Science-Technology Ministers Dr. Park Keung-shik, 4th R, among them, held at Inter-Continental Hotel Jan. 9.

New Year's reception for the IT and communication industries took place at the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry building Jan. 16 with some 500 dignitaries and people attending including MIC Minister Yoo young-hwan.

Over 1,000 tourism industry people gathered at a new year's gettogether held by Korea Tourism Association at Lotte Hotel in downtown Seoul Jan. 9. Dignitaries included Culture-Tourism Minister Kim Jong-min.
