Chablis with
Mediterranean Cuisine

Seasons, Millennium Seoul Hilton's acclaimed French restaurant, is pleased to offer a two-month long promotion featuring the sublime pairing of Mediterranean seafood dishes with French Chablis wines. For the months of July and August, Seasons will introduce a special Mediterranean seafood-inspired degustation menu. Each course has been carefully composed by award-winning Executive Chef Park Hyo-nam to be paired with two spotlighted Chablis wines available at Seasons.
The six-course dinner, which is priced at KW120,000++, will include grilled tiger prawns with potato fondant and vegetable BBQ sauce and baked whole sea bass with Nicoise vegetables and saffron butter sauce. Each dish has been designed to perfectly complement two wines: J. Moreau & Fils Chablis (KW78,000++ by bottle/KW19,800++ by glass) and JM Brocard Chablis Premier Cru Montmains (KW118,000++ by bottle/KW29,800++ by glass). The former is a lively, elegant and expressive wine with grapefruit, hazelnut and butter aromas. The latter is considered by some to be the classic Chablis; crisp and intricate, it has a beautifully complex flavor that lasts and lasts.
Don't miss this opportunity to wine and dine at one of Seoul's finest restaurants. Because the dinner and the wines have been carefully chosen to complement each other, your evening promises to be an epicurean memory to treasure.
Marked by sophistication and beautifully-decorated surroundings, Seasons offers contemporary French gourmet cuisine accented by traditional flavors.
