Samsung SDS Co. will target at 2.6 trillion won in sales for this year, up 15 percent from last year and net profit of 300 billion won. From early this year, a large project such as the next generation informatization project and other mega ones have been waiting in line for the company, along with delayed public projects ready to be completed, brightening the market prospect.
The basic management strategy is "differentiated management."Different from average years, different from others, especially rival companies, strengthen our own different factors(different from advanced companies) are what make up the management strategy.
The strategy also means that Samsung SDS would build its own service system in all areas of its operation including cooperation with subcontractors, in the area of R&D, and improvement of strategic businesses and organization.

S stands for speed, meaning to speed up new work and reform. I is for innovation to do well the work in progress in a reformative manner.
