Hyundai Development Co. targets to expand its market share, finding new growth engines, early commercialization of projects so that the company will rank the 5th in the building capacity positions in the industry.
The company will expand its core business of housing construction, and also the SOC sector orders to secure a stable growth base. The company will intensify its advancement into the areas emerging such as the multi-development in the construction industry in a bid to diversify its profit models.
Hyundai Development currently has been focusing its full business capacity on its core business areas in the country such as housing construction, construction, civil and others in all the construction areas. The company has also been securing its multi-faceted business structure base through private-funded SOC projects such as North Harbor I Bridge, Pyeongtaik I Port, Masan I Port, Ulsan I Port, Busan-Gimhae Light Electric Train Line, Namyangju I Way, and the Seoul-Chuncheon Highway.
The company will also continuously promote the high-quality of I'Park brand through the development of new flat floor type which is leading the trend in housing construction. The company plans to introduce a new concept in landscaping design.
Open grass fields and tree spaces in lined up forms will be applied to feel modern and refined. The company will build "Gallery Park"to introduce the I'Park atmosphere. The company will supply this year the Ever Green Park, interior gardens, which was imported last year, to the Shin Wolsung Complex in Daegu, ready to strengthen the landscaping and community spaces further.
Under this target, Hyundai Development will supply 14,371 I'Park units from 21 projects. By regions, Seoul will be supplied with 1,900 housing units from five projects including the Housing Redevelopment Area, the Shinwol 6 dong, Yangcheon ward, the Redevelopment Project Gaenari 4th in Yoksam-dong in Gangnam ward, Seoul, New Town in Wangship-ri, Seoul and Kajawul New Town in Seoul. nw
