Festive Celebrations Abound
at the Millennium Seoul Hilton

The festive season is soon approaching, and to help with your holiday celebrations, the Millennium Seoul Hilton is hosting a full line-up of special celebratory events. From special gourmet dinners to a spectacular Christmas tree and Christmas train display (complete with its miniature Alpine village), you'll have plenty of activities to choose from to enhance your holiday festivities this winter.
On Thursday, November 23rd, Il Ponte will host the 19th Cena dei Reali, a six-course gourmet feast that is held only four times a year. The 19th Cena dei Reali dinner will feature Italy's winter harvest foods, which include chestnuts, mushrooms, and grapes. The dinner is paired with carefully selected wines to enhance the dining experience, making this dinner an epicurean feast you won't want to miss!
On Saturday, November 25th at 4:30 p.m, the Millennium Seoul Hilton will unveil its 10-meter-tall Christmas Tree and ever-popular Christmas Train, a collection of over 120 exquisitely handcrafted locomotives and railroad cars that will chug their way through an Alpine village of snow-capped mountains,
tunnels, wooden bridges, and hot air balloons. This year marks the eleventh anniversary of this holiday tradition, and all are welcome to attend the Opening Ceremony. The Christmas tree and train will remain on display through to mid-January of 2007.
Located in the lobby of the hotel, the Gingerbread House is a delightful and magical store where Christmas shoppers can find the most delectable goodies and the perfect stocking stuffers for the loved ones on their Christmas lists. It's open daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. so stop by the Gingerbread House and pick up that "Just right" one-of-a-kind gift today!
The 64th Wine & Cheese Club will take place on Wednesday, November 29th. Wine afficianados will delight in this opportunity to enjoy a tutored wine tasting of seven to eight wines, followed by a light buffet of assorted hot and cold dishes.
On December 7th, 8th, and 9th, Seasons will host its 45th Gourmet Circle Dinner, a dining extravaganza that is celebrated by Seoul gastronomes. A tribute to winter, this seven-course delight will feature the savory and comforting foods associated with this time of year. The dinner is paired with a fine selection of wines, designed to complement each course. The dinner begins with a champagne reception, and proceeds to the most pleasurably indulgent dining experience.
Taipan will host the 14th Imperial Feast on Thursday, December 14th at 7 p.m. Nine of the most mouthwatering dishes will grace your table, complete with complementary wines and Chinese liquors, making this a banquet fit for the Imperial Palace.
