Seasons, Millennium Seoul Hilton's gourmet French restaurant, will host a special Fresh Asparagus Festival for the month of May. During that month, Executive Chef Park Hyo-nam will introduce several new dishes to the menu using green and white varieties of healthful and tasty fresh asparagus.
In addition, Executive Chef Park has composed an ingenious six-course asparagus extravaganza. Each course will utilize asparagus, whether in the form of a sauce, a garnish or as the main ingredient of the dish, from the appetizers to the main course to even the dessert! Experience for yourself how Executive Chef Park highlights the subtle tastes of these fresh spears of spring with each course. This amazing dinner is priced at 98,000 won per person.
Also in May, Il Ponte, the hotel's Italian restaurant will host its popular Cena dei Reali, a royal dining extravaganza, on Friday, May 26. May is the month of the rose in Italy,
and in tribute to what some have deemed as the perfect flower, Chef Anita Bidini has created a tantalizing seven-course dinner with exceptional wine-pairing. This exclusive event also features a musical performance of well-known opera classics. A divine Italian dining experience, the evening starts with a champagne reception at 7 p.m. and is priced at 120,000 won per person. Advance reservations are recommended; Cena dei Reali is always a sold-out event.
