Return to the
Classics at Seasons
Seasons, Millennium Seoul Hilton's acclaimed gourmet French restaurant, will be making some changes to its menu in March. At Seasons, Executive Chef Park bases his menu on the tenets of traditional French cooking, though his dishes have been updated to reflect the latest culinary trends. While its menu maintains traditional values, Seasons is renowned for its modern interpretations of French cuisine. However, for one month only, Seasons will retire its inspired menu in favor of one full of classic French cuisine.
This "return to the classics"will offer a representative selection of traditional French cuisine. Every morning, Executive Chef Park will personally go to the market to hand-pick the freshest and finest ingredients for that day's gastronomic offerings. The classic French menu will be available for set menu and a la carte selections.
Some of Executive Chef Park's classic choices include: French Goose Liver Cabbage Wrapped in Crisp Phyllo, served with Apple Rosti and Truffle Sauce (36,000 won); Scallops Ravioli with Creamed Leek served with Truffle Thyme Sauce (26,000 won); Daily Fresh Seafood selected by Chef Park from Noryangjin Fish Market (Market Price); Flambe Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, cooked with panache by Chef Park in front of your table, (34,000 won); Warm Chocolate Angel Food Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream, served with Bourbon Sabayon (12,000 won); and Vanilla Bean Blanc Manger on Raspberry Sherbet (13,000 won).
Also new in March, Seasons will offer its gourmet cuisine to the public on Sundays! Formerly closed on Sundays, Seasons will now delight hungry epicures seven days a week!
For the weekend gourmet diner, Seasons will feature two special set menus (one for lunch and one for dinner) in addition to its a la carte offerings. The lunch set menu is priced at 45,000 won and the dinner set menu is priced at 65,000 won. Both multi-course meals include unlimited wine and other beverages.
A lunch or dinner at Seasons on Sunday is the perfect way to wind down your weekend. Private dining rooms are also available.
