New Chef Presents Cena dei Reali!

Il Ponte, Millennium Seoul Hilton's Italian restaurant, is most pleased to announce the arrival of new Chef Anita Bidini. The first female chef to head the hotel's acclaimed Italian restaurant, Chef Bidini brings an authenticity to the trattoria, cooking up traditional dishes that have you crying out "Mamma Mia!" they're so good!
Born in Cocscano Udine, Italy, Chef Bidini has worked in the Sultanate of Oman and in the United Arab Emirates for the last two decades. She is excited to be working in Asia, and in particular, Korea, for the first time.
Part of Chef Bidini's responsibility as chef of Il Ponte is to head up Cena dei Reali, an unforgettable dining extravaganza devoted to the supernal pleasures of fine food and wine. Held only four times a year, the 15th Cena dei Reali or "Dinner for Royalty"will take place on Friday, November 18 and Saturday, November 19.
Cena dei Reali is a tantalizing 7-course haute cuisine dinner that is accompanied by a fine selection of wines. As you dine, a musical trio will perform well-known opera classics to complete the setting for what will be a fantastic Italian dining experience.
The regal delicacies to be featured at this Cena dei Reali will include: Dry beef rolled with chick peas served with seasonal salad, sweet melon; Seafood broth with passatelli; Canellone with a combination of mushrooms and seafood served with grana padano; Cachi sherbet with a touch of gin; Combination of beef, pork and parmesan cheese with mushroom sauce; and Chestnut cake with marsala wine sauce. A cup of espresso will complete this incredible dinner.
This supreme gastronomic experience costs KW120,000 per person (includes Champagne reception, dinner, and wines). Previous Cena dei Reali dinners have been completely sold out, so be sure to make your reservations in advance! Don't miss out on this majestic opportunity to dine in eminent splendor!
Also at Il Ponte, every Saturday and Sunday at lunchtime (between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.), your children, the "chefs of the future" are invited to explore their culinary and creative talents by making their own pizza! Chef Bidini will then bake your child? masterpiece to simmering perfection!
