Chinese Fusion Festival at Taipan

Taipan, Millennium Seoul Hilton's Chinese restaurant, will feature a Chinese Fusion Festival for March and April. For these two months only, two special prix fixe dinners, featuring fusion delicacies, will be added to Taipan's regular menu.
Dinner A features the following delights. Panfried Tuna with Special Sauce; Whole Shark's Fin with Green Sauce; Sauteed Lobster with Sea Urchin; Sauteed Fillet of beef with X.O. Sauce; Seasonal Vegetables with Pumpkin Sauce; Fried Black Rice with Dried Scallops; and Toffee Corn Fritters for dessert. This set is priced at 89,000 won per person.
Dinner B starts with Cold Seafood Appetizer Combination, followed by Whole Shark's Fin with Dried Scallops and Crab Meat, Sauteed Abalone with Black Pepper, Braised Lobster in Chili Sauce cooked Italian Style, Sauteed Salmon with Vegetables, Sauteed Fillet Beef with Pineapple, Boiled Noodles with Seafood and Mango Pudding for dessert.
