If you're looking for the perfect way to woo someone on Valentine's Day, look no further than the Cilantro Deli. From Feb. 3 to Feb.14, they will have a wide selection of beautifully-wrapped gifts of chocolates and candies for sale. Bound to make the love of your life swoon, the gifts range in price from 3,300 won to 33,000 won.
The Millennium Seoul Hilton has two options for those of you seeking the perfect locale for a romantic Valentine's Day Dinner: Seasons and Il Ponte.
Seasons offers an intimate and truly romantic dining experience. Chef Park has designed a menu that will truly impress the object of your affections from the stomach right up to the heart!
This 7-course dining extravaganza starts off with a Rendezvous Salmon and King Crab Purse with Caviar Mousseline, followed by Essence of Mushroom Soup with Pumpkin Raviolinis and Champignion filled with Burgundy Snails and served with a Thyme Sauce. A stunning display of Cherry Sherbet will help clear the palate to make way for the first piece de resistance: a Fillet Mignon of Beef with an Abalone Carpaccio Sauce. For the second piece de resistance, the dessert will be Chocolate Sweetheart Lips with Raspberry Jelly on Coconut Sago Cream. To round off the meal, Coffee or Tea will be served at the end. This amazing meal costs 120,000 won per person. Advance reservations are recommended to ensure you don't miss out on this incredibly romantic evening.
Il Ponte is also hosting an equally romantic, though more casual, dinner in its trattoria-style restaurant. Chef Cucchiarelli has designed a special menu that will be sure to score big points with your dinner date!
The 6-course menu starts off with Eggplant rolled with Mozzarella and Vegetables, followed by a Romaine Lettuce Soup with Cooked Ham. The first course is a Seafood Risotto with Squid Ink. The second course is a choice of Veal Medallion with Grape Sauce or a Dover Sole Fillet with Artichoke and Bean Sauce. To wrap up the evening on a sweet note, White Chocolate Mousse with Rum will be served as the dessert, followed by Coffee or Tea. This appetizing menu is priced at KW88,000 per person.
