Korea Logistics Grand Awards presented

Minister of Construction and Transportation Kang Dong-suk attended this year's ceremony for Korea Logistics Grand Award held Oct. 6 at the Federation of Korea Industries(FKI) building  in Yeouido, Seoul, along with 300 guests. Also present at the event included Suh Byung-ryun, chairman of the Korea Logistics Association, along with business executives and academics.

The grand logistics award has been presented every year since 1993 to a company and an individual who made a great contribution to an effective and systematic ligistics reform.

This year, Kia Motor Co. won the silver tower industrial medal. Korea Amway and HTH Co. clinched the industrial citation. Altogether 17 companies and indivisuals won awards this year.   nw
